In case if you are not satisfied with the first mock-up or want to change a few things, we will do that too, without any additional cost. Please note that once you approve the mock-up, your design will proceed to our production department, and we are unable to make further changes, cancel our order, or provide you a refund.

All you need to do is upload an image of your desired design, and color and we will create a mock-up for you. If you don’t have any pictures to upload, please get in touch with us to provide details.

First, we would like to highlight the fact again that your quote budget is a rough estimate of the actual cost. We need to consider a lot of other information to find out the exact price of your neon, including background, size, indoor/outdoor usage, and more. So, the actual price may vary from what you have quoted.

We will email you the mock-up once our designer finishes working on it. We focus on the details you provide and maintain the style, font, color, text, and background. You can even download the design and share it with anyone you want to.

Without a doubt, yes! Our designer will create a very close to reality mock-up, whether it is your name, business logo, your favorite quote, or anything else. You have a choice to select the background as per your preference. You even save the mock-up or share it with your friends or family members. We are happy to offer all our customers a free professional mock up design service. We will work with you until you are completely satisfied with the design at no extra cost! We then aim to get back to you with the initial mock up design matching your requirements within 24 hours. Please note that once a sign has begun production we will no longer be able to adjust the design or offer a refund. If ‘NO’ proof is selected on your order your sign will automatically be approved and put straight into production.

Choose from 21 different neon colours. 11 that come in colored tubes and 10 that are white when the sign is off and colored when the sign is switched on. We use LED neon tubes ranging 6mm-13mm the size of the tube will be appropriate for the size/design of your custom neon sign. We can make LED neon signs as large as you want it to be, just let us know the desired width or height and we will get back to you with the proportional dimensions. Please note that signs larger than 150cm (59inches) may need to be made in two or more parts (connected via m/f connector) this allows us to remain competitive and offer you the best possible price. It will also allow you to layout the sign as you wish.
