1. Production: your sign will be ready in 3-5 business days
2. Expedited production: we can prioritize your order if you are facing an aggressive timeline (we can finish the production in 12-24 hours), extra costs may occur depending on capacity
3. Shipping: 3-5 business days on average with commercial express shipping companies, e.g. FedEx, DHL, etc.

1. I’m a bit concerned about the sign arriving damaged. Will that happen and what should I do?
Your sign will be handled with care and it’s unlikely that the sign will be damaged in transit. We use multiple layers of protective packaging, .e.g. bubble mailers, corrugate cushions, protective bars and fragile labels. Even if so, just send us a message, and we will re-ship you another one or issue you a (partial) refund.
2. Is the sign ready to hang?
All signs come in ready to hang. We send a kit that includes screws and hooks together with your sign.

--- WARRANTY ---
All signs have a 12-month warranty against material or production defects. We also provide a shipping warranty against damages in transit. If your sign arrives damaged or missing parts, we will reship you the missing, broken, or damaged parts. Shipping warranty will be void after 3 business days of parcel delivery.
